Okok Terms & Conditions — Rules of Use

To open an account with okok, users must be at least 18 years of age. All information provided during registration must be truthful, accurate, and up to date. Each individual may operate only one account. We reserve the right to cancel any duplicate accounts. It is the user's sole responsibility to keep their account password and login credentials completely confidential. We reserve the right to verify any account at any time if suspicious activity is detected.

Okok's services may only be used for personal entertainment purposes. Any form of fraud, use of bots, or attempts to gain unfair advantages on the platform are strictly prohibited. Playing games using third-party software or automated scripts is completely forbidden. No content or technology from the platform may be copied, distributed, or reused. Users are solely responsible for any situation arising from their use of our services.

All deposits and withdrawals must be made through approved payment methods. Applicable minimum and maximum transaction limits must be observed at all times. Withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed. okok reserves the right to freeze or investigate any transactions involving suspicious financial activity. All currency is processed in Bangladesh Taka (BDT), and any foreign currency conversion will be handled automatically in accordance with applicable regulations.

In the event of a terms violation, okok reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify the user of the reason for the account closure in a timely manner. Any remaining balance in a closed account will be returned subject to verification. However, if fraud or rule violations are confirmed, the balance may be forfeited. Users may also request to close their own account at any time.
